We were greeted warmly at the door by Chris, our ebullient and amiable host. The house exudes a quiet beauty and is steeped in history, a history that Chris was only too pleased to relate as he gave us a tour of the house and grounds. Our hostess, Kate, is a chef of rare skill and dinner was a consummate pleasure. A delightful weekend in delightful company. Highly recommended.
